Gutter King

I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Gutter King was responsive and got the job done for a reasonable price. Really happy with the new gutters. Everybody in the gutter industry is busy right now so I appreciated that Sandy was responsive and the crew showed up to do the job as scheduled. They did good work and kept their word. Not sure what else anyone could ask for

My husband and I recently had gutters installed by Gutter King. They came out next day after I requested quote and worked with me on what I needed and wanted for gutter placement and down spout placement. The owner explained how everything worked and where would be great places to put everything to water plants and move the water away from the house. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind with me which I appreciated because my husband was away for work. They came out super fast within days and got the job done beautifully just in time for a rain storm. It only took them the morning to finish

John and Sandy are great. Their crew did a clean beautiful job and were in and out. Gutters look very nice and match the siding perfectly. Was able to contact Sandy with appointments and follow-up and John came by to give the quote and review what I wanted. All in all a great job and follow up.

I called these guys for an estimate to install some copper gutters on my house. The gal that answered the phone my first call was very nice and said someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment.
About 2 weeks went by with no call back,so I decided to call again.
Another lady answered and apologized for not calling back. She said John would call me to set a time to come out for an estimate.
Another week goes by and still no call from anyone.
I decided I would call one more time, this time the lady said John was doing estimates in my area tomorrow and would be sure to come by my place

Excellent service. Reliable. Skilled and knowledgeable workmanship. Workers were polite and respectful. Obviously took pride in their craft. John, the owner, is hands on which makes all the difference. Even changed some flood light bulbs for me while he was up there on the ladder.

Just got my new gutters installed today love it. I called numerous gutter company's and this was the ONLY!! Company that called me back. Price was very very reasonable compared to the national average. Being that we live in Hawaii I thought the price would have been higher but it wasn't. Very happy would recommend to others.

John and his team at Gutter King did a wonderful job on my house. They were communicative and on time. When they found an issue with some of the underlying wood, they found a quick and economical solution to the problem and moved on with the project. The work was high quality and looks fantastic. I would definitely highly recommend them.

We were staying with friends at Nuuanu Streamside when Gutter King cleaned the multi building/level gutters. This review is not about the actual gutter cleaning, but more about the crew. From yelling across the property, to smoking and even leaving rubbish after cleaning the gutters (see photo - the debris was never cleaned up even when the came back the second day). At the end of the day, some of the staff went behind the building near the unit we were staying at, to change their clothes! I had rain gutters installed on my two story home recently, and John Manning and his crew did great work. They come out first to take measurements and listen carefully to any suggestions or concerns that you may have about the gutters, downspouts, and installation. A bid will follow via email shortly thereafter. While their quote was not the lowest bid, after talking with their estimator Bob and John, the owner, I could tell that this company has a high degree of integrity and stands behind their workmanship and product warranty. My initial contact with Gutter King went well as I met with their sales person soon after I made my initial phone call requesting for a price quote to install new gutters on our house. During our conversation we agreed to use one less down spout with the new gutters as it was not necessary. This has worked out fine. He also mentioned he would provide the required installation design to meet the requirements for the Mililani Town Association permitting process. A postscript- After my previous posting, i moved forward to secure a different vendor to complete the gutter job. The vendor charged me $200., the gutters were completed! Probably 4 to 6 weeks after that, Mrs. Manning- owner of Gutter King called me out of the blue. Saying, she had been away from the office for an extended period on personal matters. Upon her return, she caught wind of my name and issue and followed up with me. I told her my long story.. she was very shocked, and apologetic. She offered to reimburse the $200. Gutter King and crew replaced the gutters on my entire home. They did a really great job. I was really happy with the crew and how professional everyone was. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end and I feel the cost was very fair. Overall I would recommend Gutter King. They are a great local company and were recommended to me by neighbors! We have had several rainy days since and everything is working perfectly. I would definitely refer my friends to them.
