Artistic Outdoor Lighting was started with the concept of bringing the artistic aspect of the landscape lighting business back to the forefront of the industry. Founder, Mike Potucek, noticed that most of the industry was filled with franchise lighting companies who pumped out mediocre- to poor-quality fixtures through franchise owners with little or no artistic talent or experience.

Seeing many beautiful homes and properties poorly illuminated made me realize that the outdoor lighting business needed more artistic input and ability.

Artistic Outdoor Lighting will not only enhance the beauty of your home and property, but you will get the added benefit of security.
Your lighting will come on automatically at sunset and turn off at your preferred time without needing adjustment throughout the year. We install an astronomic timer which uses your geographic location to determine dusk and dawn times as well as automatically adjusting for Daylight Savings time changes.
So excited to finally get some light on our house. It went from dark and creepy to WOW! We heard from multiple neighbors who not only said it looked nice, but thanked us for improving their view! Mike was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time, and the job was above our expectations at completion.

Mike and team recently completed a project on both our back and front yards and we could not be happier. The property feels instantly upgraded and we love using our backyard space even more now with the combo of up and down lighting on trees, patio, and fireplace. We'll definitely come to Artistic Outdoor Lighting again if (when) we add some more to the front!

I am so glad we chose Mike and Artistic Lighting for our landscape lighting! We had multiple bids for a large project - lighting our house, front, and back yards. Artistic Lighting provided a very competitive quote and while the price was right, it was the service and collaboration that sold me. Mike spent time to understand what we were looking for and gave expert suggestions that added lighting to important areas I didn't consider and actually reduced our spend. He also set our initial appoint for 8:30pmt so he could demo the lights at our house at night. That was fantastic to see what the lights

Mike and his team did an amazing job on our new house, the lighting looks amazing at night. I've worked with Mike on the 2 houses I've owned in the area and both times met and exceeded my expectations. They had some unique challenges that they worked through in regards to executing our plan given the footprint, but I couldn't be happier with the end results. Who knew how the right lighting can transform the look of a home? I sure didn't and am thrilled with the results of the design Mike installed in the front of my home and around our pool in the backyard.

Mike and his team are top notch. The demo was terrific and really showed us how adding some lighting would enhance both our house and the trees in our yard. Mike and his team are masters of the outdoor lighting craft. His passion for his work shows in every detail from his meticulous and prompt communication style to his eye for design and extremely clean installation work. I found them on Google maps and am so glad I did. We live in an age where good service is very rare and what you get with Mike is exceptional service. We contacted three companies seeking ideas/proposals for installing lights in our newly installed pergola. Owner Mike Potucek came out to provide his recommendations. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable about outdoor lighting and is passionate about his work. Mike provided his recommendation to install 9 low voltage LED solid brass light fixtures with stainless steel transformer. Mike noted he could place our existing lights which illuminate our trees and patio bricks into the new transformer. The lights automatically come on at dusk and turn off at the time of our choice.
