ResMed Air Fit F20 size small was not an item in stock. He stayed in contact with me weekly for a status report on the order. We both realized that the delay was due to Covid-19 being use on patients in the hospital.
The mask came in and due to his weekly effort I thank him.

I have shopped at this store on two other occasions, both without any issues or problems, today was different. I went to the store to up size a CPAP mask from medium to large. I took my existing mask and head gear with me to help assure the correct fit. The sales person was helpful and a new mask was purchased. When I tried to use it, it was clear that the mask would not work as the attachment to the hose was incorrectly sized.

I have attempted to use AZ Medequip for a few things including buying oxygen equipment for one family member and a CPAP for myself. It’s always a struggle and today I gave up. I even heard the manger from the back say “We can’t help him today, tell him to come back tomorrow.” Well that isn’t going to happen and I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, don’t believe their website on what is in stock either, it’s not up to date.

I had the pleasure of visiting AZ Mediquip because I was questioning CPAP due to a sleep study I'm having done & I wanted information before purchase. The sweetest young thing by the name of Jen helped me today. Not only was she helpful and knowledgeable, but she made the whole experience palatable. I cannot say enough great things about AZ Mediquip of Scottsdale. My son had an injury 2 1/2 months ago and we have worked with AZ Mediquip ever sine.. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and caring. IEveryone I’ve talked to has been great. In particular Ariel gives reminder phone calls when we need to renew the equipment we have rented. I had an issue with my BiPap machine so called for repair. They said they could send it in and give me a loaner. After I drove all the way there, they informed me they would charge me $300 per month rental for the loaner. They never told me about any cost when I called. They said since I bought it elsewhere I had to pay. Never told me when I called.

I still have not had anything delivered, so this review is just based on my ordering process. I initially placed an order with Mike a short while ago and had to call back to change the delivery dates and spoke to Madison. They were both absolutely delightful, friendly, and knowledgeable. With employees so wonderful, I am anticipating great service on the delivery and pickup as well.

They forget things on your order then charge you to add the items and deliver them. Forgot our sheet and depends. Then when I reminded them about bedside table, that had an additional $35 delivery fee. Either get everything in writing, ie. Don't order over the phone!!!! Or expect to be charged for their oversights.

I went to your chanler location last Thursday on the 15th who I dealt with your employee mrs E . I have been experiencing the last 8 weeks that my pulmonary doctor m a suggested to go to your store and hopefully they would help, but that didn't happen last week, she didn't even measure me to see what size I would need , no , she sold me the dream wave and all she did was adjust the straps& when.I put it on when I went to bed , they kept popping out, so on Friday, I went back and she exchanged it for another mask which was not suitable, so on Monday, I called that store and spoke

She had some great tips and offered to work with us in any way she could . Sincere and helpful. We did buy a hospital bed from them new. It was delivered on time just as they said . We did. How can you justify $40 to $50 for a container of Chlorox wipes???? Great for medical equipment but a real rip off for alcohol wipes, latex gloves and wipes. At this time prices should be reasonable if you have the stock don't try to rip people off!!!!!!! In answer to your response why are the same wipes still reasonably priced at Walmart and Target? Just purchased a new CPAP machine at the Peoria store and love it. Last machine was about 10 years old so I was nervous about the new amazing technology. The Peoria staff was kind, friendly and patient and had to go over instructions with me--twice. Did I say patient, they all were welcoming and made it clear that contacting any time for answers to questions was what they were there for.

This is the only medical equipment store I will get my scooters in other supplies from. The entire staff is friendly and professional. My scooter had broken down in AZ Medquip in their manager Kevin, fix the problem. I just had a minor repair done on my scooter and why it was in the shop they provided me with a free loaner. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a store like this to only use AZ Medquip.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom bought a scooter and talked to someone about returning it. They never told her she only had 7 days from the day she got it and yes it's on the receipt but she's 83 with a broken right foot and can't drive and just moved here. I literally flew here to take care of her and my dad who's on dialysis. Both people in the store were so unfriendly it was terrible. Now all my mom wants is a phone call back from the owner and can't even get that. So if you're on a fixed income there are places out there that you can rent or get stuff for

Learning that my wife had to have oxygen and prepping for a trip to Mayo in Rochester all in 72 hours.
