Lymphatic massage or lymph drainage massage is a technique used to help increase sports injury or for people experiencing a sluggish immune system or those suffering from a lack of energy. Consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm, combined with active isolated stretching to help soft tissue injury.
The European Facial is a complete facial which helps in maintaining a healthy complexion. Focusing on your specific concerns. A deep pore cleansing, light exfoliation and extractions if needed. Includes a facial massage and is completed with steam, a soothing mask and hydrating serum. The skin is treated from face to decollete.

Carol is absolutely amazing her therapy sessions of massage and inferred healed me from car accident careers ago. Since then I have been seeing carol for massage and I facials. Last week I tried inferred mask it is so wonderful my skin has never looked this great.

I have suffered from muscle spasms in my mid back for several years. I have had different types of chiropractic therapy, including Active Release Technology; pain management, which included trigger point shots; and
Acupuncture. Since arriving in Florida a few weeks ago, Carol has been working on me -- focusing on my back and neck -- and the improvement in my back has been significant. I have great hope that I will soon be able to discontinue the daily medication that I've taken for almost three years. THANKS, Carol!

I am a tennis player and I went to see Carol based on recommendations. I had terrible upper back, shoulder and elbow pain from tennis and kept playing through it for 6 months. Finally I went to see her and I felt immediate relief. She knew exactly where each pain was coming from and found all the issues without me telling her. She did the ultrasound machine on my arm and got to all the problem spots! Just one visit made a huge difference!
