My name is Johanna "Josie" Taylor. I'm a certified and licensed permanent makeup artist and owner of Browhaus Cosmetic Tattoo. I earned my certifications and license with MN Brow & Lash Academy in Edina, MN. Using microblading and machine shading, I create fuller, realistic-looking brows that accentuate your features.
My passion for eyebrows started at a young age (just ask some of my middle school volleyball teammates - I'd fix their eyebrows in huddles). And here I am, years later, feeling so fortunate to be able to do what I love for a living!

Services
Do not consume any alcohol or take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before appointment. Days 2-4: gently wash your brows with the cleanser I provide in the direction of hair growth. Apply the A&D ointment I provide with a cotton swab after cleansing and drying completely. Days 5-10: No regular washing during this timeframe - keep them as clean as possible.
Please stay outside or in your car until I text you saying it's okay to come in. I'll meet you at the front door! I will take your temperature when you arrive. If it is at or above 100 degrees you will be asked to reschedule at least 14 days out. If you have not been fully vaccinated, you are required to wear a face mask for the entire appointment and I will wear one as well.

RUN DON’T WALK TO BROWHAUS! Josie microbladed my brows about a year and a half ago and they still look absolutely amazing. I had her do my eyeliner today and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s what I’ve always wanted my liner to look like and I could never achieve it with makeup. I’m blown away by how happy I am with it. Not only is Josie a wonderful, kind and fun human, she is such a professional and skilled PMU artist! She cares so much about the result being exactly what you want and takes such great care making sure it’s perfect. I will never go anywhere else to get PMU

Thanks to the 90’s, I was left with no eyebrows. I could have kicked myself when full brows started trending. That is until I found Browhaus! You’ll go for the brows but you’ll stay for the laughs, conversations, and stories! Josie is the BEST! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during the process. She spent so much time listening to what I wanted, mapping out the brow shape, and then making sure I was completely happy with the results! I am a perfectionist but I instantly trusted Josie and let make a lot of decisions based on her expertise. Her work speaks for itself

Josie was amazing! I got ombré powder brows done and I am obsessed with how they turned out. She did amazing work. I am extremely picky about my brows. I’m used to filling them in everyday with makeup and I love a bold look. Josie took great care mapping out the shape and giving me ample opportunity to give feedback to make sure they were perfect. The process was so enjoyable too—she was fun to chat with and personable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. And she sent me home with an aftercare kit to make sure I could take care of my new beautiful brows. I cannot say
