We prepare the home staging proposal & agreement designed to meet your home's needs detailing furniture, decor, cost and timeline. Owner occupied properties also include a list of things that need to be removed and what to display. Staging is usually done in one day. We ask for an additional day in case we need to make any last minute adjustments or special touches.
