Stopped here for a state auto inspection. I have an EV and they weren't super familiar with it, but worked with me to make sure my inspection was done correctly! Everyone there was really nice, and got my inspection done quickly. I was visiting the outer banks from another part of the State, and would definitely go again if I happen to need an inspection next time I'm in the Outer Banks!

**PUT THE TIRE BACK ON YOURSELF AFTER THE REPAIR IS COMPLETE**
I was visiting during the latter part of summer and needed a tire repair due to a nail. I put a donut on, so they took my tire from me to repair and told me to come back in a couple of hours, as they were willing to put it back on. The price was reasonable, about 20-25 bucks. They were quick and efficient. I pulled my car up when they finished the repair and put the tire back on; however, fast forward to November, and I need a tire rotation done. I have used this place for 10 years. Took wife's car to have AC compressor replaced. Wife has a CarMax warranty. We called warranty, they would honor it but Coastal had to call. Coastal wouldn't even make the call to save us $1000! I understand they are busy, everyone is busy. Calling to get warranty approvals are part of the job. He'll my mom has even taken them cookies. Never again will I use them. They won't miss my money I know but so much for using small. Local business.

Got the oil and fuel filter changed today on a older Ford diesel that I recently purchased. They did as they always do, perform superior work with attention to deal all while having a smile on their faces. I have used Coastal Fast Lube for years and will continue to do so. Prices are fair and have never had an issue on the 5+ vehicles that they have serviced over the years. Keep up the great work!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I blew a tire and needed it repaired. I called them and they said they could have it fixed and me back on the road in under 2 hours. Put on my spare and drove down (about an hour from where I was staying in Corolla) and was told they wouldn’t even be able to look at it for a few hours. No problem, I dropped the tire off and left. Got a call about 6 hours later saying that the tire was not repairable and they needed to order a new one, and that it would be ready the next morning. I asked what time to come and they said 9AM. I showed up the next day at 9am only to be told my tire

My grandad when I was growing up always took his vehicle there to get his oil changed, and he always told me dealing with good people is the best way to ever do business. Growing up and I realize exactly what he means the folks at coastal fast lube, are truly a great team and great people! I highly recommend if you need a quick oil change to swing in take a seat on their outdoor furniture and relax for about 20 minutes.

I've had several oil changes here, and nothing about them are fast. It shouldn't be part of the name!. What Encouraged me to write this review was my last visit when I asked to have new brake pads. after leaving my vehicle there all day with no call back,. I contacted them, and the mechanic told me that I needed new rotors as well. I agreed to that, but then when I did not hear back again, I called again, and the same mechanic said that he could not remove the pads or rotors because They needed more parts, and they had to be ordered from the manufacturer, and it would take days for the

My old van broke down while passing through on a Sunday night. I had to get a hotel and take the van somewhere first thing the next morning. I was on a tight schedule because I work remote and couldn't miss work.

This shop was great to me today. Down to the banks for the weekend and find myself upon a hurricane. Following this, I found that along the trip, my truck has lost a bolt that was holding my shocks on. They repaired this in less than an hour and as a courtesy. These are good people. Thanks to them for a quick fix. They let me get back to my weekend worry free.

I had brake issues with my truck that needed immediate attention, I called to see if they did brake repairs as there and a very pleasant lady said "Yup" Bring it in and we will give you an estimate. I brought in the truck and left it with them, I was contacted by a pleasant gentleman who gave me the estimate, upon approval they did the work. The quote was very reasonable, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend them.

I would give 5 stars because the service is excellent but it is what they did with my truck when they were done that I wasn't happy with. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and walked home because it wasn't far. The called a short time later and said the truck was ready for pickup. I got there within a half hour. The parking area is limited and my truck was at the end of the driveway (front bumper at curb) with both front windows down and the keys in the ignition. Apparently they thought I was in the waiting room. I wasn't happy and probably won't do business with

I was in town for a week, got an oil change the day before driving down from NYC. But after the drive, the oil change light went on. I pulled up, a lady asked what I was looking for, I told her that the light went on, but I just had it changed, so I didn't know if there was a leak, or if they messed up. Turns out the guys who did the change just didn't reset everything -- so she fixed that for free and sent me away. Saved $40, solved the problem in a minute! Friendly, great stuff.

This is by far the most friendly, efficient and fast service center I have ever visited! As soon as I pull in the lot, a technician greets me from behind the garage door and walks me to the lobby while asking what I would like done.
I left with an oil change, some amazing pink wiper blades (installed free) and a huge smile.
It's so refreshing to know that you can still go to get something done to your vehicle and not feel like you're another number with overpriced parts you didn't need to begin with.

Very amiable Queen Bee greets U, never asks details 'cause she's cerebrally logged them as U drove up. It was fun to watch her plugging every logistical whole.
Said it would be 1.25 hours 'out the door '
and sure as day break it was 1.5.
Mind U, 10 first come & serve patrons glommed her ETA projection in one bite and she jumped to keep it on schedule moving.
Best oil-change - hour - and - a - half - ever- spent - award LOL
