CNC Turning is an intricate and detailed method of creating custom parts and components using a lathe or turning center. Turning is a machining process that uses stationary tools with your material rotating. Typically parts that need this process have mostly circular/round features. Turning provides a superior concentricity than milling and also proves to hold tighter tolerances in round features.
At Integral Machining & Engineering, we design, engineer, prototype, and manufacture products for inventors, entrepreneurs, startups, and large companies alike. Our flexible development process gives you the opportunity to develop innovative products for any industry. Using our 3D Modeling software we can produce full assemblies that will ensure parts fit and work together.
A fiber laser marking machine is a type of CNC laser engraving system that uses fiber laser beam to leave a permanent mark on the 2D/3D surface of a variety of metal and non-metal materials. Laser marking is fundamentally different from ink printing, the traditional method of marking on metal and non-metal materials.
Additive Manufacturing, this process builds a three-dimensional object from a computer-aided design (CAD) model, usually by successively adding material layer by layer. Going from concept to production is made easier with Additive Manufacturing. Additive Manufacturing allows you to experiment with different models and ideas without the cost of machining.
Using our 3D Modeling software we can produce full assemblies that will ensure parts fit and work together. This will save priceless time and money before any physical parts are manufactured. Our team is experienced in reverse engineering, and modeling from 2D drawings. This is becoming more of a necessity as many industries become more technologically advanced and use the power of modern software for many things from manufacturing to marketing.

Having worked on a project with Integral Machining & Engineering over the last year, I can recommend them with 100% confidence. They were very proactive in coming to me with any questions that came up, and were quick to respond to any of my own. The final product was efficiently produced and extremely accurate. They are a great business to work with, and I hope to do so again soon!
