The provider gets 5 stars. Dr. Rani was thorough, friendly, and professional. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a provider. The front office staff, on the other hand, gets 1 star. They were brusque and borderline rude with me, and I witnessed this with all the patients they interacted with as I waited. No attempt to listen or empathize, just short, barked orders. And they laughed about a patient they had been talking with over the phone after hanging up - loudly so all the patients in the lobby could hear. The provider deserves to be represented by staff that matches her own kindness
