I went here to get a 2nd opinion on my recession. My first visit was good and when I scheduled my next visit I let them know I go every 4 months. The Doctor stated no problem we will just Bill you our preferred rate at about $65-$70 for just the cleaning. I agreed to this. Long story short - they didn’t charge the agreed upon rate and charged me $120 for the cleaning.
When I questioned the bill they stated sorry it’s our policy to bill insurance every visit. After lots of back and forth they will not honor the $65 fee the Doctor quoted me. I’m paying the $120 and will go back to my old dentist

If you like shady Dentists this is the place for you. I went to this Dentist office for a cleaning because I could not see my long time Dentist. I can't say anything bad about the hygienist. She did a good job and was friendly. She indicated my teeth looked great, looking at X-rays. However, the Dentist came in and within a couple minutes stated that I have a cavity. I have never had a cavity so I was skeptical to say the least. The hygienist also seemed confused by the assessment. Long story short, I did not let them fix the alleged cavity and was able to go back to my normal Dentist a couple

Our experience at Southwest Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has always been fantastic over the 13 years we’ve been taking our kids there! On the orthodontic side, Dr. Jim is so friendly, welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. All 3 of our teenagers have gorgeous smiles thanks to his quality orthodontic work. On the dental side, Dr. Scott does fantastic work and goes above and beyond by taking the time to care for and get to know your family. I very highly recommend this office for your dental and orthodontic needs - you will not be disappointed!

Our experience here was incredible. The hygienist, Kelsey, showed my 2.5 year the tools she would be using to clean his teeth before starting. She also talked to him about Halloween and what toys he likes, which made him comfortable and set him up for a successful visit. Dr. Hong came in knowing my son's name and with a very friendly demeanor. After the exam, he made him a balloon animal as well, the little touches go a long way. The front office staff is also very friendly.
