Visited Pinnacle in September 2021 and wasn't intending on really getting a bike but the salesman who came up to my wife and I absolutely sold us spending our money at Pinnacle. Cody Woods was an absolute delight to talk to and was far and above the typical salesman buy something-we-want-money. Cody was in contact with me even with the covid shipping issues preventing the bike I wanted from being shipped. Working with Cody Wood was fantastic. He was super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. We checked out a couple of places around town looking for motorcycles, and Pinnacle was the by far the best experience. Some other reviews mention the good vibes and I can confirm. We never felt pressured or hassled about purchasing. Cody let us take our time and get a feel for what works best for us. The market is kind of crazy right now, but even so we were able to find bikes at reasonable prices that were good fits (MT-09 and a z650). Loving the bikes so far. Definitely recommend Pinnacle and Cody especially

In trucking for many years, we had a business called KAB Hotshot Services but now my hubby drives for P&S transport, we delivered Can-Am products these people were very easy to deal with, trucker friendly unloading was very quick and easy which is very important I would recommend them any day and they have some awesome products 😜

Have been shopping for a bike for months, went to all the shops in the metro: big uno, hals, macks, etc… This place has the best vibe/energy. Karla is the best salesperson ever, no sales pitch, no pressure, she is there with you. I spent hours in there and she would answer questions I had and check on me, but never got frustrated or tried to pressure me into a decision. I ended up buying a used cruiser from them, great experience, no regrets.
