We had them make a shadow box for a friend of ours who is getting out of the Marine Corps. They didn't inform us how much it would cost after we requested a price. While they were working on our project they didnt have us review it. When they called us when it was done they informed us that we had to pay $540 for this shadow box. Not only did they not do what we wanted them to do but there is a an error with the plaque that they created. While picking up the shadow box we informed the worker of our dissatisfaction and she said there is nothing they can do and we have to pay the $540. We are dissatisfied

I stopped in to check out the place for the very first time today. This shop offers such a WIDE VARIETY of top quality memorabilia gifts! Coin displays, plaques, paddles, gun mounts, pens, personalized tshirts & so much more (I really can't even begin to list them all)! Their engraving work & tshirt print quality are both clean & top notch! I left the shop very impressed & will definitely be back.

Would give no stars if i could!! Had an engraving made on some water bottles. When giving them the quote to engrave I was never asked to review it. When I came back to get my bottles there was a typo. The owner told me it was my fault because I reviewed it and that's what I wanted. I told her no I was never asked to review it and the quote was read off a picture i had saved in my phone word for word she replied "are you calling my employee a liar? Which i said well i guess yes since you're calling me a liar. She continued to blame me instead of actually helping me out or even just apologizing for
