Great service! The owner Heather was caring and took an interest in our project. The business is professional and the work is excellent. Pricing is a tad less than other quotes we received to reupholster the 27 yr old swivel rocker. All together we paid less to reupholster than it would have cost for a new chair. Highly recommend this business.

We were very pleased with the service and quality that we received when we had two chairs reupholstered , love them ! Heather was extremely helpful with suggestions and helping me to search for exactly what I wanted ! The quality was outstanding and the whole experience was very pleasant ! I dropped off some speaker covers to re-cover with fabric. The employee said the owner would call me to go over what was needed. Waited 4 days, owner never called. I finally called him at the shop and was told that the fabric that was needed had to be ordered. I called back 5 times over the ensuing 6 weeks and each time the owner said things like, "Oh, yeah, that should have been here by now, I should check on it." The last time I called, he took my phone number AGAIN and still NEVER CALLED ME ONCE. I then went there and took my speaker covers out of the shop. No apology or explanation ever offered

I am an interior decorator and I use Mac at Quality Upholstery for all of my client projects. His quality is outstanding and turn around time is typically very speedy. I had him reupholster a vintage couch of my own that had a leg broken and springs needing attention. My couch returned looking like new and more comfortable that it had ever been. Would never use another upholsterer.

I'm so pleased with the work Quality Upholstery did on my two pieces of furniture. I called them up to get a quote, and they asked me to send them pictures of the damage. A few hours later they gave me a price that was far less than the other shop in town, so I decided to have them do the work. After I started to load the power recliner couch and reclining loveseats to take to the shop, I noticed more damage than the pictures I sent for quotes, but after I got there and showed them the additional work, they only added a minimal extra charge to do it.
