A warrant for anything else (arrest, fta on other charges, child support, cost & fines, etc). Unfortunately, if it's a charge that falls under #2 above, the only way to learn if you have a warrant is to show up at the jail and inquire. It's always way better to turn yourself in than for the police to arrive at home or work and arrest you - usually at the worst possible moment!
Money received is for payment of premium on bail bonds executed by Cape Fear Bail Bonds, Inc. All bonds are executed in the State of North Carolina per NCDOI rules and applicable state laws. Bonds are executed at the jail after a bond application has been received and approved and payment has been made.

They are agressively berating local restaurant staff when asked to comply with mask policies. They do not care about their communtiy and they're willing to put everyone at risk because of they think they're above the rules and know more than medical experts. There are many bail bond companies - choose one run by adults who know how to act their age and not throw temper tantrums because of their conspiracy theories.

Caring. Best word to describe the people at Cape Fear Bail Bonds. I stopped in at their Whiteville office and the whole crew was there. Everyone took the time to come over and help me with all my questions. Being that I never had to go through the bail process before, they took their time to explain the process from beginning to end. Really meant a lot. Hopefully I will never have to go through it again but if I do I will be coming back to them.
