I love honest people! We thought we were going to have a big problem on our hands with our AC that's getting older. Turns out it was a small problem with an easy fix. Thank you to the team at Presto air for getting our AC back on and working. I will definitely be having you guys come semi-annually for our regular maintenance.

Bill Ginn and his team are the best! I have personally used Presto Air for my two A/C's at home and I call upon them as a Realtor to do inspections during inspection period for my buyers. They are so helpful, explaining everything in an understandable way and let me and my customers know about the importance of maintenance to give your A/C a longer life and you a healthier environment. I would and do recommend Presto Air all the time!

Now that I have calmed down, here is the whole story......
The worst experience I have ever had!!! I don't want to give them any stars!! We have been having issues with our air system for over a month. We have called Presto Air multiple times, they have come to our home 4 times, They have still been unsuccessful with diagnosing and fixing the problem. The first time we called, they came to our home and diagnosed the compressor needs to be changed. They charged us $85.00 for that diagnosis, they told us they had to order the part, so we waited 5 days, and they installed the compressor, they
