I enjoyed working with Joe Tanner while selling my mother’s house. The property presented many challenges to potential buyers, which became very frustrating. Throughout the process, Joe remained optimistic, offered creative solutions (both to me and potential buyers), and gave sound advice. Joe was great! He's very knowledgeable about real estate and it's current market. He's got a great personality and is very easy to work with.. He's quick to respond to any emails, texts or phone calls at any time of day. Joe is incredibly motivated to sell and it showed with the sale of our condo. He sold it in just nine days! He took beautiful pictures, advertised the condo everywhere and set up an open house immediately. I'd recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home!
