Humanscale has unparallel customer support for their products based on the excellent customer support that I received for my late 1990's Freedeom Headrest chair. https://www.humanscale.com/products/product.cfm?group=FreedomTaskChairWithHeadrest.
The chair was broken for years and my wife wanted me to get rid of the chair. I told her I would get replacement parts and repair the chair. Humanscale customer service has been with me all of the way sending me several in warranty replacement parts.
