(this is under my fiancee' yelp account) I read the two reviews and it seemed like the scheduling aspect was bad but the hair was good so i figured since I was having them come to my house to do my bridal party and me for my wedding I wouldn't have an issue. I WAS WRONG
I scheduled weeks in advance my wedding date in april to have my bridesmaids and I get our hair done. I spoke to Ashley multiple times and it was set up to have my trial tomorrow actually. I get a call an hour ago from the receptionist saying that Ashley forgot that she is going to be away the weekend of the 13th and

I have been coming here since it opened and never once had a problem. The staff is professional and accomadating, my girl always does a great job, and it is always very clean.I never needed to wait more then a few minutes.I one time was about 45 mins late to my appointment an was still accomadated.I have no complaints an would reccomend anyone I know to go there.

This place has a lot of promise. It looks nice inside, and the girls who work there are all very sweet. I've been coming there since it opened because it's within walking distance to my house. However, the service is VERY unprofessional. It says on the website that they are open until 6 during the week, and until 8 on Thursday/Friday. This is a huge lie. They never accept any appointments past 3pm, and even if you have an appointment at 3- they rush you out the door so everyone working there can leave early. This is very annoying since I don't get home from work until 4:30. I&apos
