I was having severe pain from plantar fasciitis and my doctor referred me to Dr. Karr. My experience with his office was exceptional! Everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
From Sue at the front desk, she got me in on very short notice, to Angie the medical assistant who was friendly and
professional, to Dr. Karr himself, who took his time with me and explained my options. After a cortisone injection I was on my way with much less pain than when I arrived!
Thank you all!!! I will recommend your office to family and friends

Horrible billing dept. Family Foot Care representative says that the billing is outsourced. 6 months later I get credit company asking for payment that I never recieved in the mail or email. Horrible experience. This is what you get when you out source you billing dept. You just lost a customer and will never do business again!!

Wow!! Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have had several procedures done by Dr. Karr. His office staff is great and they have ALWAYS been very friendly and fun with me. I have called several times and maybe had to wait my turn to talk to the nurse but, that happens at all doctors offices. I will continue to go to Dr. Karr for all of my foot care problems. I would definitely recommend Dr. Karr and his staff for anyone in the area.

Office staff is horrible. While i was talking with the doctor in one of the examining rooms we were interrupted by one of the office girls who came in with a paper notebook to schedule his surgeries. When the doctor and i decided that surgery was the best option for my issue, he said the office would call me to schedule surgery time, i have yet to receive that call, my appt was in Nov 2018. Obviously the paper scheduling system is breaking down somewhere. And just now i received a bill for an in-office chemo treatment on my foot that never happened. Go somewhere else that has more up to date systems

I would not recommend this office for any foot care! Long story short, I was fitted for orthotics 3 months ago, I called to check on the status of them multiple times and was told that they hadn't heard back from the insurance company. So I called the insurance company to be told that they havnt received anything from that office..................so, the orthotics have not been sent out to be made, insurance hasn't been billed, I will now have to pay my deductible because it is a new year. Terrible communication within the office.

Took my daughter here for warts on the bottom of her feet. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour listening to the staff complain and gossip. The staff is very unprofessional, I have never heard of a doctors office not being able to look up my copay or deductible. Asked the front desk if I could get an idea of what I might owe. She told me I had to call my insurance company myself to figure it out. Was charged almost $400 and my daughter still has warts! Will not be going back there.

Dr Stephen Karr took a remarkable amount of time with me over the course of my three visits to his office. He always seemed to be in no rush, often taking time to ask what I did over the weekend, telling stories, etc.
He performed two procedures for me and both went very well with no complications and (surprisingly) no pain.
I recommend him frequently.
