Services
North Coast Gymnastics is a locally owned competitive and recreational gymnastics, ninja and preschool aged gymnastics facility. We participate in USAG Women's and Men's JO programs as well as Women's XCEL programs at the state, regional and national level.

NinjaZone combines obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace. Parkour combines obstacle course training, running, jumping and climbing allowing freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.
The Ninja Zone is an all new discipline inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts. Ninja Training (Ninja style flips, rolls, kicks, vaults) Just like what you would see on a video game or in the movies!. Lil' Ninjas is the the entry level to all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.
XCEL is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of XCEL is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for rewarding gymnastics experience.
Our mission is to provide a fun and engaging gymnastics experience for all athletes and to provide an equal opportunity to all those who pass through our doors; may each child be able to excel through the JO and XCEL programs with a high standard of excellence in the competitive gymnastics programs and take with them a lifetime of memories and life lessons.All of our competitive team members participate in an annual competition season.

Each athlete is expected to comply with the gym dress code. All personal items needed for gymnastics (grips, tiger paws, etc.) must have the athletes name and be stored in proper areas. Gym Floor - No one other than NCGA staff or registered athletes are allowed out on the gym floor, this is for your safety.

My daughter has taken a few sessions of gymnastics here, moving onto the next level after each session. It’s a fairly nice facility, the staff seems “ok”.... some of the teachers look bored at times. That said, my daughter loves it, has improved her skills, and we really haven’t had any negative experiences (other than the smell....lol)

The facility itself is awesome-however the front desk staff is very rude-specifically an older woman (not sure if she’s the owner). I was trying to find dates that fit 2 of my children’s schedule-and the woman was very short with me, as if she was doing me a favor for signing up my children at the facility. My child attended a class for an evaluation-they stayed they will immediately call me to let me know. After waiting 10 days, I called back and was told, that she can not attend the class and gave me one other option that does not work for working families.

I originally wrote a low star review based on the experience of not being able to enter the gym to see my child closer or inspect the premises if I so choose. I did not intend to spend more than a minute or two on the gym floor. I was going mainly to encourage my son. I was immediately told it was gym policy I could not enter the floor. However, I also feel as a parent, I should have that right for whatever reason I see fit.
The owner followed up with me by phone. He explained the challenges of insurance, some state laws, and other parent perceptions if I were to enter the gym floor and they are

Our family regularly attends North Coast Gym. We have taken our daughter to open gym and classes for over a year and she absolutely adores it. We started when she was 12 months old. The coaches staff and parents are so amazing with the little ones. Our daughter has learned so much from attending and she absolutely admires the coaches and staff (especially Coach Steph). It's amazing how interactive everyone with all the kids from the moment you walk in to the moment you exit. It's so nice to know our daughter is watched over so closely and is in a safe, clean, productively energetic atmosphere.
