I had a great experience with Action Duct cleaning. Even though I had made a mistake in counting my ducts, Edgar was kind and patient in finding all of them, explaining which ones were or were not connected, and taking the extra time to clean all the ones that were. He even took pictures of the one duct that seemed to have been abandoned mid way! I am very grateful for their service and Edgar's professionalism!

My wife said the dryer wasn't drying very well. We've had this problem before and I bought these flexible rods that have a brush on one end and attach to my drill on the other. You run the "snake" through the duct and it cleans out the lint that's blocking it. I did that.
Then NO AIR air came out of the duct.
I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I called Waadt Appliance in Van Nuys. Waadt is family owned and absolutely the best place to buy appliances. They said Action Duct is the bomb.
WOW - ARE THEY EVER!!!
I called at about 3 PM on Thursday and Marvin was here

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Twice, this company has been scheduled to clean the dryer ducts in our townhouse complex and TWICE they were a no show. The 1st time, they put notices on our doors the afternoon of the day they were supposed to show saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to reschedule". The 2nd time (today), there was no communication. They just didn't show. My townhouse was scheduled between 12-4, so of course I waited ALL DAY. So irritated!!!

I am an apartment manager in the heart of Studio City. I am here to tell you. Action Duct Cleaning does amazing work! There was a mishap with scheduling but was taken care of quickly. Andrew (Andy) was amazing! He was willing to redo his schedule to accommodate mine! He was courteous, friendly, and worked tirelessly. This is the 2nd time we used Action Duct Cleaning Co. and we couldn't be happier and satisfied. Adam, the person who did the cleaning, called me to let me know he is on his way to my condo. He's very professional and explained to me how he was going to clean the dryer vent ducts. Our dryer vent ducts were a challenge because they were long and they were tucked inside a 12 foot ceiling. After first no show to dryer duct cleaning for my tenant, Alex the service manager promised first appointment of next scheduled day. Again no show. Talked to Alex today and he gave all kind of excuses which did not justify why the technician did not go. Alex even blamed that my tenant did not call the 24 hour emergency phone number to contact the technician. I told him that my tenant already wasted 2 days to wait for the technician. Alex replied that nobody asked my tenant to wait for a whole day when the scheduled appointment was a 2 hour window. Terrible attitude! Finally complained to VP

I had an dryer duct cleaning for a condo and Claudio went above and beyond in his service. The vent was bent and curved several times in the ceiling and Claudio tried to clean it from both sides and cleaned it thoroughly. He went out of his way to make sure it made as little mess as possible and showed me how much lint and dust was in the vents. I'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended.

Claudio from Action duct came to clean our A/C ducts just over 3 years ago. He did a great job. Because my wife has severe allergies, particularly to dust, we decided to have the ducts cleaned again, albeit it is on the short time frame of recommended maintenance
Claudio arrived early and once again was terrific in all aspects of the job. He is efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The job is labor intensive and generates a lot of noise. He covered the apartment before beginning and cleaned up thoroughly. All in all, great job!
