My first time ordering from this company, so I was not familiar with the details needed to order a lamp harp and finial for a new lamp, purchased elsewhere.
I found an 8" harp on the website and ordered it. I also located a nickel plated finial, for which there was not a very big selection.
I placed my order and the package arrived in a few days.
I placed the harp on my lamp and when I placed the finial onto the harp, I found the finIal was too lage and would not screw onto the harp.
When I called the company, I was told that the screw and the finial had different diameters.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I had ordered a part and was only given one option for shipping to Canada at checkout. I emailed customer service to ask if there were any faster shipping options for me. Stephanie answered the email saying she "can't change orders and she's canceling my order". I didn't ask to cancel my order at all; I was asking about shipping options! I immediately called, got her on the phone, she said she had to pull up my order and then she hung up on me. I called back and she admitted that she hadn't even bothered to look at my order, she just answered

I would not recommend this company for crystal prisms. I ordered one to replace some I had bought 5 years ago from another company. It was so inferior in quality to the ones I had already that I will not put it on my chandelier. However, the cost to mail back is the same as the cost of the prism. With shipping I ended up paying $12 for a $6 prism. Of course, shipping is not refundable, which I understand. I can not speak to larger purchases but I would not buy small items or prisms from them. I will find some use for the prism.

I ordered a globe from their website. I measured it exactly as the website shows to measure. They sent me the wrong size twice and then still insisted that I had measured it wrongly and refused to refund my money unless I sent both of the globes back at my own cost. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude and willing to argue over a 6$ globe than make a customer satisfied.

Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called 2 days ago and they said they would get back to me and they never did. The problem was the lamp did not fit as they said it should. I wanted to return it at their cost for a refund and they wouldn't pay for the shipping. It was their mistake because it was not what was ordered.
