This is a very professional establishment, I really liked the staff and they are friendly on top of it. It didn;t take long to replace my windshield and there are lots of places to walk to that are a short distance while you're waiting. I would trust this team with any vehicle I owned. A+

I was travelling out of state in my motorhome when a rock cracked my split R.V. windshield. I started calling glass companies and no one could figure out what the replacement glass was suppose to be. I decided to wait till I got home, so I called Dawn at Platinum Glass. I told her I was travelling but gave her all the info she requested. She was the only one who could fine the glass. The only problem was that my insurance would not replace the gasket. She drove to my home to check the existing gasket. Who does that these days? Once you order a gasket it is not refundable/returnable. She said they

Window repair was don’t quickly and competently. But adjustment needs to be made.
Overall, exceptional job. I would recommend anyone requiring auto glass repair to use this company.

The staff was super amazing and friendly. They did an amazing job replacing the back window in my jeep. I paid out of pocket because my insurance sucks and it was only $215 for a new window that was tinted and for labor. I was there for about an hour and forty-five minutes from start to finish. They are the cheapest most friendliest place in town. I will be referring all of my friends and family to platinum auto glass. And they have all of my future business if I ever need any more windows fixed or replaced. To all of the staff at Platinum Auto Glass you guys Rock!

We’re getting our new sliding glass door installed today. The crew showed up on-time, clean-cut and professional! I forgot they were coming so they put me at ease by giving me time to welcome them in my quickly cleaned up home. The door is simply amazing and well worth the price. My windshield was cracked while I was over the road. I am a truck driver so time is of the essence. The crack kept spreading so I contacted platinum home & auto glass.
Dawn Stomps set up an appointment for the next day. I was told it typically takes 2 hours. They got my semi volvo truck glass replaced in 45 minutes & I was able to pick up my load on time.
The entire staff inside the office and the workers outside were very nice. If you're looking for one of the best places in Redding to get your windshield or any windows replaced contact this place.

This place was incredible. They were very kind and they worked hard to fit me in the day after Christmas. Someone broke into my car and busted out the back left window and there was glass all over in my car. They cleaned it all, replaced it, and made me feel a lot better. And they did all of this at an amazing price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
