Cohen/Winters Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgeons
To us, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery are synonymous. We strongly believe that surgeons who are rigorously trained in the art of reconstructive plastic surgery are uniquely qualified to perform aesthetic surgeries as well. When you can rebuild a nose from scratch, you are extremely capable of fixing a deviated septum.

State-of-the-art technology can still be warm, honest discussion can still be compassionate and plastic surgery doesn't have to be a hard decision. We work with each patient to make sure every concern is met, every question is answered and every fear is put to rest. We view this process as a partnership, which means we're in this together.

Dr. Cohen and Dr. Winters became associated as Plastic Surgery Residents at The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center in 1996 after each independently completed training and board certification in General Surgery. They began practicing together in 1998 when they became affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center-considered one of the finest university hospitals in the nation.
Dr. Stephanie M. Cohen did her undergraduate work at Brandeis University in Boston and earned her M.D. degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Cohen went on to complete her General Surgery training at the St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
Richard Winters' experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, coupled with their unbridled passion for improving the lives of their patients, have served to strengthen their dedication to building one of the top plastic surgery practices in New Jersey.

Thanks to their great outcomes and partnerships with their patients, Cohen/Winters has even become a destination practice for procedures performed throughout the New York metropolitan area.Doctors Cohen and Winters specialize in both rhinoplasty and breast surgery in NJ as well as a host of other services including body contouring, facelifts, tummy tucks, hand surgery, liposuction, facial reanimation and more.
Reshaping the nose is a common procedure that people of many different ages consider, from teenagers to those who are much older. There are a multitude of reasons as to why someone might consider rhinoplasty - whether they suffer from a deviated septum, another nasal deformity or they are unhappy with the appearance of their nose, undergoing nasal surgery requires careful consideration.
Rhinoplasty is a complex surgery that relies upon a multitude of variables. Tertiary rhinoplasty is the term given to a patient's third or more surgical procedure geared at correcting issues that are a result of prior ineffective surgeries, trauma or cancer surgery. Also called complex rhinoplasty or reconstructive rhinoplasty, this surgery may require difficult manipulations and/or tissue grafting for proper results.

I had a forearm extensor tenolysis performed by Dr. Yueh and can't speak highly enough about her. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. Her followup care and attention to her patient is second to none. The office is easy to get to with plenty of parking, very clean, and filled with kind and courteous staff. I'm always welcomed with a smile and never have to wait more than a few minutes, if at all.

I went in for a rhinoplasty revision consultation yesterday. The staff could not have been more professional. Dr. Winters was professional, kind and empathetic. I trusted him almost immediately. He was knowledgeable about what I needed and very realistic in the probable outcome. I received the initial surgery from a doctor out of state. If I get the revision done here, I will definitely go with Dr. Winters and his team!
