I am a regular at this store and i was not happy with my last visit. I was shorted on my chicken meal and the chicken was very old. Why would you even sell old chicken? This is the second time i had old chicken

The Rotisserie Chicken is the best, so much favor and moist. Never getting it anywhere else.

Employ says it's mask mandate in check out line another employee come up says have to cover your nose. Employee didn't have nose cover. Were in check out line she said cover nose or we can't help you. Fk your store give me my money left it all there horrible store..

We left a wallet at one of their stores. It was at customer service when we called. I read through many of these reviews and many people said they were too expensive. Hugo's employs hundreds of local people. They support our community through countless charities and events. Hugo's has been a cornerstone of our business community for decades. While we love to bemoan the loss of brick and mortar stores in our malls and on our main streets, we still find it easy to complain about what we still have. I have shopped here my entire life I'm 28 I may raise a family here and I will never again shop at any hugos and will encourage the same.....one word......aggresive.....on many levels. I loved that it was local I hate that they lost respect and future business

Stopped in, while in town, hoping to find some fried chicken. I found, I liked. Priced right and was still very hot when I got back to my hotel room. I only visited the deli. They had a bunch of chicken and it all looked good. Nice folks working there too. Easy in, easy out-perfect trip. Thank you!

I bought a rib eye at the little market in Nevis MN tonight.
It was significantly better than the two steaks I've had at Lindy's.

I just go there and buy overpriced food.

Hugos is always clean and well lit. The produce and bakery sections are very nice. Pricing is generally close to walmart, but the experience is far nicer. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store still has that"hometown" feel.

I purchased from express line. Today there was deals on some items and I have bought most of the items that was on sale. This lady charged me what was written on product and didn’t give me the sale value. I saw it after getting home. And employees seemed to not care about customer.

Clean, spacious, and varied selection. This is where I would shop regularly if I lived here. It seems like the grocery store of the future.

Caribou is a great feature of Park Rapids and this grocery store...minus the barista Lizzie. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her, she was annoyed with me when I changed my order, and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. I come through Park Rapids (and of course caribou) twice a year and each time I've run into bad employees at caribou. This must be a reflection of management. It's too bad as I'd rate all other caribous as 5 stars, except this one.

This is not a restaurant, but, a Hugo grocery, and it sells sushi in the deli department.

Great selection. Even for a big city store. Really like that they have a caribou coffee inside. Meat selection is very good. They get some from the local meat market in town. Their seafood selection is incredible given they are in northern Minnesota.
