Do you need a will? Yes! People don't want to think about death, but it is a reality of life. Our office has seen many loved ones who have been harmed because someone did not have a will, or had an invalid will. A will allows you to determine who gets your assets. If you do not have a will, a court gets to decide who gets your property, without any say from your family.
There are few things in life as stressful and emotional as a divorce. If your marriage is ending, it can be difficult to handle the ends and outs of a legal proceeding on top of all the other things with which you have to deal. You may not know what you are entitled and what your obligations might be.
People will sometimes run a business without forming a separate business entity. They think, "The business is just me, why do I need to form a legal business?" But if something goes wrong and you are sued, your personal assets can be taken to pay damages from the lawsuit. A business entity can protect your personal assets from seizure.
If you are unable to work due to your medical condition, you may qualify for monthly payments and insurance through the government. Often, this is money you have paid into the system through the taxes you pay. There is no greater bureaucracy than the Social Security Administration, and it can be extremely confusing for you to handle the matter alone.

Mr. Will is a phenomenal attorney! He definitely tries to do whatever he can to help out all of his clients, he is very hard-working and very trustworthy. He is top of the notch all the way from your first consultation until the closing of the court room. I have used him several times and will continue to use him for all of our family matters. I would definitely recommend this law firm over and over again.

William Keaty requested my services as a Nurse Practitioner on behalf of his client for medical records, my expert opinion and to testify in court. His fax request specified invoicing his office for any incurred expenses, which I did. He has never paid me, and continues to refuse to pay me. He does not deny that I am owed this payment, but he is… trying to pass it off on his clients, whom I never had any direct dealing with, and I don't even know who they are. It is a significant amount of money. It is disappointing that he is so care less, unscrupulous and lacking in integrity in his business
