Wendi is truly amazing! I had nothing but problems with Lincare and my CPAP supplies. One call to Live Well and those problems were over. I can't thank you enough for your caring, compassion and true dedication to customer service. During these times it seems like everybody blames things in "covid", not Wendi, she saw what was lacking in my previous supplier and took charge.

Mark and the staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive. My experience walking in knowing I had sleep apnea and nothing about cpap machines, to walking out with confidence I could use a cpap machine. I had trouble with the initial settings and mask, the staff of Live Well CPCP were very accommodating and patient as we dialed in the ideal settings and mask.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Cpap isn't an easy thing to wrap ones head around after getting a severe sleep apnea diagnosis. Mark and his staff are so patient and understanding. They take the time to explain everything. I got to try several masks at their office. After picking one style to take home, I found it to be not the one for me. I was able to bring everything back and choose a different style mask to try out. I asked if this wasn't the one also, Mark reassured me that I could come back and try a different one until we found just the right one. It's a

I put off getting a CPAP for quite some time due to thinking the sleep study and process seemed so involved and complicated. After my provider notified me that technology has advanced and they had equipment I could use at home to do the sleep study instead of going to a sleep lab I decided to pursue getting one.

Mark is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He has really helped me problem solve a lot of issues I was having and helped me find the right mask for me. Katie handles the insurance and I don't have to deal with any red tape. The building may look a little 'strip mall' but it's really clean and the service is top notch!

Long story - I am not the "typical" CPAP patient and was hesitant to think this would fix any of my nerve pain or anxiety issues. I don't snore (much), I don't stop breathing, I'm within my weight class (mostly), and I heavily questioned my doctor (Dr. Crownover) when he prescribed the sleep study. I reluctantly did it and discovered that I don't stop breathing, but I do breathe shallow and my sleep is disturbed 26 times and hour or dang near every 2 min. I usually don't write these but Gosh Darn it Live Well CPAP deserves more then this. Mark and Katie both treated me like a old friend and took care and explained things to me unlike my last provider I went home hooked it all up and sleep better then i have in years last night.
