The customer service was ridiculous. I sent them a pdf of a photoshop file I made, and asked them to alter it to fit 4 colors instead of 5. It was changing the color of only one small, easily isolated piece. They sent me back a sloppily altered image they planned on printing. When I said the edited version was unacceptable, they asked me to alter it myself if I thought I could do it better myself and to send them 4 different pictures of each color layer separated and changed to black, all to scale.
