I absolutely love nebraska mental health centers in lincoln. my therapist is amazing, as well is my med provider and the rest of the staff. they give me reminder calls, are always friendly, and provide quick responses and solutions. if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. never felt like my mental health was in better hands than with NMHC. thank you all for all that you do!!!!!!

I became a client of Kristi’s about a year ago. Since then, every month without fail, I have had to call TWO WEEKS in advance to my meds needing a refill and HARASS the receptionists almost every day about getting Kristi on the ball about my refill- EVEN THEN, Kristi will still be up to WEEKS late on ordering refills on my medications. While I was pregnant, 8/9 of the months, I would be without my medication for days/weeks because Kristi couldn’t do her job. I would call and reason with the receptionists and they would be just as frustrated with Kristi’s inactions.. I had a receptionist tell

I recently had by child test complete psychological testing, upon a referral by our family physician. The testing was scheduled and completed in a reasonable amount of time, with the time taken to ensure that it would be covered by my insurance. We've recently began to see a therapist also and believe that it will be very helpful!

So I am sad to say that NMHC have failed big time from my perspective! My doctor recommended me to see them for an evaluation for ADHD and some testing. I went did all the testing etc. Then they start setting me up for couch sessions. After about the 3rd or 4th session, it had been a couple months at this point and I am paying a copay for each session. Still I had not had my results given to me. Called me doctor office and they had not received the results as well. So I cancelled all my future appointments and asked for my results, to no avail. I have since moved on which it has been 3-4 years

I was not very pleased with the services i received here, first when i called to see if they had received the authorization needed for testing after 5 weeks i was told no, i called the insurance company and they had authorized it 4 days after it was submitted, the receptionist was very rude when i called back and told her this, then they billed the insurance company for 6 hours and they only did 1.5 of testing, the results were to be in 3 weeks later, after 4 weeks i called and finally got an appointment to go over them with someone that didnt do the testing, she had no answers, i was told he has
