If I could rate this less than one star I would. Our family was led to believe we had an ocean front room and we checked in, it was a complete dump!! Called and they told me they would credit me $100 on my next stay. I don’t care about $100!! I just paid $2400 for a dump! Wasn’t looking for a refund, just the appropriate room. Rent from them if you want to be conned into renting a dump!! Never again!!

Be careful when booking with this company through Air BnB. My family and I found one of their rentals on that site. It wasn’t the prettiest looking place by the pictures but had decent reviews. We were able to book it for $93 a night last night (Oct 7,2018) for the last week of September 2019, and my credit card was charged and the reservation was “accepted.” Too good to be true right? Well it was.

Properties book up fast so if you like it, Book it! Margate Tower 2708- Beautiful luxury condo with Breathtaking beach views! Spacious, beautiful decor, clean & comfortable. My family decided to all meet up in Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving and we had heard great things about Prista from friends. We were so pleased! The accommodations were clean, modern, and spacious and they took care of everything. Even booked our dinners out so we didn't have to worry. We will definitely use them again.

My husband and I just returned from a delightful weeklong stay at the Margate Towers in the Kingston Plantation. The 3 bedroom, 27th floor condo was elegantly appointed, clean and comfortable for the 7 of us. It offered gorgeous views of the beach, ocean and 2 pools + hot tub/spa from the comfortable balcony and duel master bedrooms. The elegant bath rooms were spa like and beautifully appointed. During our stay we meet up with other family members (staying in 2 other equally nice condo's) to visit, shop, and share some meals. The kitchens were fully equipped for any meal and/or party. We loved staying in your condo! It was everything we expected and more. The weather was beautiful and every day was a beach day. It was lovely to look out at the ocean. We must have taken 100 photos of the water from the deck. We made so many memories at
the beach, shopping at Alligator Adventure, and even just being together as a family relaxing in your comfortable, beautiful condo. Have the beach chairs and umbrella set up every day was such a luxury. That and all your other touches made our stay wonderful.

Amazing! Such a great place! The photos do not do it justice! It had everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was great with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything needed, even a pantry so our stuff wasn't out everywhere! What a view! Huge balcony ocean front! We all want to live there! The staff at the desk was very helpful and the condo was so clean! The only issue we had was we couldn't get the remote for the TV to work in the living room.

The best week. Great weather, and unbelievable condo. This unit was stocked with everything you needed much better than most others that we have stayed in! Dinners out: Mr. Fish – Good. Rios – Excellent. Enjoyed the Tiki Hut at the pool for snacks, drinks, light lunches. My favorite perk – the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach – used that every day!! LOVE hearing the ocean waves when the sliding glass doors are open J. Our highlight of the week – a Segway tour at Huntington State Park. 2 hours of FUN!! Do it! ”

We stayed at that Margate for a week in August and had an excellent time. The property was truly a 5 star and the location can't be beat. We did have some minor issues with the internet, but they were great in getting those resolved for us. It is definitely our go to place in Myrtle Beach from now on!
