I looked all over the Kansas City area for a specialty bulb last minute to complete a job and no one else has what I was looking for. I can't count the hours I have spent looking for specialty light bulbs at all of the area hardware stores. Luckily I was told about Watts Up Lighting, and I now have a lot more time on my hands! Whether you need a typical lightbulb or something out of the ordinary, this is the place to come. The best part is that you just bring the bulb to the desk and they go to the warehouse and find just what you need. Everything in lighting here, including knowledge by the staff. They are so helpful and go the extra mile to try and locate what I'm looking for. I've found their pricing to be better than the big box stores on several of the bulbs I've needed.
I learned today I can use full spectrum bulbs in my basement lamps and fixtures and get the effect of having natural light in that area. Perfect for reading, studying, sewing, and crafts. That will save me money from buying those expensive Ott Lites.
