As Managing Principal, Rich is responsible for the delivery of consistent first class real estate solutions to our clients. Rich has over a decade of specific but diversified knowledge of real estate and property management experience, including commercial management, association management, market rate apartments and even student housing.

Property Manager daily tasks will always be different but would include addressing tenant concerns, property checks, scheduling life safety system inspections, resolving multi-party conflicts, scheduling contractors and third-party vendors, project management, customer service and light maintenance.The ideal candidate for the team would hold the background in real estate/project management, customer service, and/or trade experience.

Since Lake Point took over the management of our office building last year we have been very impressed with their prompt attention to our issues. They even proactively added outdoor lights for safety. Alexis has been a joy to work with!

Truly terrible at HOA/condo association management. Over two years, they did not provide half the services promised in our contract that we paid for; did not perform promised routine maintenance; emails would go weeks without response, if ever, or tasks/issues were never followed through on; the property manager was a no show to contractor/site appointments they were supposed to supervise more than once; they allowed owners' HOA fees to become seriously and many months delinquent without any action (or apparent knowledge). Many, many excuses and sometimes with an attitude. Stay away from this

Agreed with the others about poor communications and call backs. The few times I have spoken to them, there is attitude and a lack of accountability.

Critical: Responsiveness
As a property owner, I expect my requests to be addressed with followed through. Instead, if I am acknowledged, it can be 10+ days. Not impressed.

I had the misfortune or working with this property management company. The woman with whom I dealt was a ghost. She never responded to emails or phone messages or text messages. I had to trick her into answering her phone so I could make simple requests.
