Definitely a repeat on our list. Limo Zen provided us with much professionalism, made us feel comfortable and everything went smooth, from our initial contact to booking to the end. I can't wait to book our next wine tour in NC. I recommend this service to anyone looking for transportation in the area. I've actually referred many friends and they loved it too!

They quoted me one price, then charged another PLUS TIP despite us providing well over 20% to the drivers in cash that night. When I called to speak with them about the discrepancy, the woman said to me that the drivers said they took us to more places than the original itinerary (lie #1) and that the drivers said we didn't tip (lie #2). I promptly informed her that we were taken directly to the 2 addresses we provided before getting the quote (a house and hotel within the same town) and that we tipped well over 20% in cash. She said she'd refund me the difference so I chalked it up to an honest

As the first reviewer of Limo Zen (limousine service), I'm pleased to report that my experience was absolutely great. My wife and I attended a wedding this past weekend (9/17/16) at The Cliffs at Glassy. We live in Tryon, NC and didn't want to drive there for the wedding and back after the reception. In addition, we had never been to The Cliffs and were not sure where it was and how to navigate the winding road leading up to the resort. Having Limo Zen in the area was a blessing.
