My first time at Arizona Wig Boutique will not be my last. I have super fine hair and not a lot of it. I was sick of wearing hats all the time to cover up my hair. Repeat clients and the service keeps getting worse and worse. Kim was not in. Receptionist was slow to check us in. Then the stylist all of a sudden had to do a bang trim. Well and hour later she still would be about 15 to 30 min longer while the inexperienced receptionist tried to help us. Every time we have been in bought at least two wigs. They do pick and choose who they want to wait on. I had Leah say to me I am done after bringing out several toppers. Is there a limit? Are you expected to take something you don't like. I sat in my car on a Friday afternoon inlate August, after I had been to see a physician about my recent hair loss. I knew in my heart of hearts I was going to lose it all so I made the decision to shop for a wig. I drove two hours the next morning, Saturday to go to the AZ Wig Boutique. I was a customer for a couple years....no longer....I was talked about by Leah...an employee there....II heard every word.....Made me feel terrible...after spending thousands in their shop....Its not okay to be treated like this...and for no reason...she needs to get a new career...because talking about customers/ clients is not okay ever....especially while they are in there because of hair loss and to feel more confident!! Having recently (like 2 weeks ago) found out my hair is falling out I went through so many emotions but in the end, I decided to take actions before it all falls out. I went to AZ Wig Boutique and was greeted by Leah. She was smiling and very kind as my tears started to fall. This was my first experience with shopping for a wig. She told me that I would feel totally different when I left the store and she was so right!! I found a fantastic wig that matched 'me'! I walked out of the store with it on! I would give Az Wig Boutique 10 stars if I could! Today, I went there with my mother who is about to start chemo. Their selection is enormous and covers the entire spectrum of price point. Their product knowledge is superb. The boutique is clean & well organized. Whatever type, style, or color wig you are looking for, they have it or can get it for you. More importantly, their customer service was beyond excellent. Kayleen assisted us. She was so personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I finally got the nerve to go in and ask about toppers and bangs. I am a longtime Scottsdale resident, but this was a major step for me. It was a demeaning experience. I guess they sized me up and decided I wasn't going to spend a lot of money, or so they thought. That was a wrong assumption on their part. So they made me wait. They were afraid to ask a client's husband to get out of the chair I needed to sit in to access my needs. The blonde (Yeah right) staff was scooting around trying to look busy in the meantime. I just got home after buying my first wig. I of course read all the reviews but still had no idea what to expect. I felt anxious, a little scared and honestly intimidated. But after a pep talk from my husband in I went.
We were immediately greeted, given the run down on the store and told someone would be with us as soon as possible. All consultants were with customers so we looked around and chose a few styles we thought would work.

I’m from Illinois & was visiting my son who goes to ASU. I always wanted a wig while growing out my pixie & I found this place just by walking. Let me say the customer service is outstanding. I felt at ease. Everyone there is so friendly. I worked w Izzy & we had a blast. I got to meet the owner Donna & she was a blast. Everyone is honest. OMG, I was totally nervous going into the store, but I was immediately greeted by Leah, and she was friendly and professional. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and they want to give you confidence, make you feel and look beautiful, but most importantly make the experience fun. I never thought I would end up with a platinum, dark rooted piece! All I know is they show you not only what you want, they also know what looks good on you. They also know how to help you care for your wig, as I took one of my older wigs and now she looks new and gorgeous!

I am a new customer and could not be happier!! I have been dealing with hair loss for years, feeling stuck with one stylist who made me think I had no other options than seeing her and ordering the limited hair systems she had to offer. This review is my experience in trying to become a customer. I am seriously in the market for purchasing a wig (or 2). There were a few customers being attended to. What made me decide to leave is the lack of customer service. Even when it is busy the most important aspect in keeping customers is to greet them and assure them they will be attended to. Not one sales person made eye contact. I was not the only person waiting for help either. Therefore, I will take my business elsewhere where I am not treated as invisible.

Thank you! We went in knowing zero about wigs. My mom recently lost all her hair due to chemo. She tried wigs in her home town (which is small) and was miserable.
