BB Riverboats gets its name from the initials of the people who were instrumental in getting the business started; Ben Bernstein and Betty Blake. Although Betty did not have a financial interest, she was a veteran in the riverboat industry. She came from the Presidency of the Delta Queen Steamboat Company, which was headquartered in Cincinnati.

This specific condition pertains to the seating on the Belle of Cincinnati.

Sooo I booked the wrong day. We showed up the day after the day we booked. I didn't even realize it until we got there that we missed our reservation. They fit us right in though. The lady was so nice and didn't make me feel like the loser I was
That's about al that was good though. The guy gave us the wrong table number when he checked us in before boarding, we spent 10 minutes trying to figure that out. Our table has our balloons I got but no silverware or napkins like the others, understandable because ya know we were not on the original roster. We met our server, he said he

We are an hour and a half into our 3 hour drive to reach out motel that we booked in order to attend this planned cruise, I get an e mail that our cruise was cancelled. No explanation. No apology. No thought into actually giving us less than a 24 hour notice. We just blew a bunch of time and money. Trashy way to do business. At least tell us why! Never again

Very nice!!!!! I took the residents of our nursing home on a River boat cruise. The staff was very! accommodating and super helpful since we had several walkers and needed assistance to get on board. We choose to sit on the first deck since it was disability accessible. Lunch was great and everyone in our group enjoyed the beautiful scenery while cruising up and down the River. I can highly recommend this cruise for families and people with disabilities.

We did the 3pm ice cream social cruise. Ice cream was a little store bought cup and toppings were in little styrofoam bowls. Bottles water and soda were $3.00 each. Could not understand what the person over the speaker was saying as the sound system was horrible. It was supposed to be telling us about historical landmarks. Overall, I would t recommend it.

What a complete waste of money. There was a reason why I couldn't find any information on this cruise. And now I know. We did the high noon cruise on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was easy when we came. But when we left it was completely full. Looks like they combine all the different cruises on one boat because they barely have enough customers to fill up one ship. If you do the lunch buffet one you just board the boat earlier and eat while the boat is docked not even when the boat is moving.

This is a great way to enjoy a summer evening on the Ohio River. My girlfriend and I went for the seven to nine p.m. cruise . We had nice buffet dinner in air conditioning and then outside on the deck to enjoy the highlights of the Cincinnati and Kentucky skylines. The crewmembers were friendly and helpful. The ship is a little rundown and could use some renovation. The food was definitely buffet so don't go for a great meal but do go for a really nice time enjoying the river. The bar selections were limited. Parking was difficult to find so go a little early to scope it out. I know I

Took a group of out of town family over Memorial Day weekend. 10 of us. We all enjoyed the 90 minute historical tour. It's the perfect length and the tour guide / banjo player was exceptional. A fabulous idea to take out of towners between lunch and dinner on a weekend. I got a lot of praise from the group for the idea!

We really enjoyed the admirals dinner cruise. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we had a table all to ourselves and I cannot imagine how tight it would have been if we didn't.
There were some people that were dressed up but we didn't and there's no need to if you don't feel like it. The staff makes you feel comfortable no matter what,
The meal was served buffet style and the staff serves you due to COVID. There was a line at times but it seemed to move rather quickly. Food options were turkey, prime rib, salmon, mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Bread and desert (cheesecake

We took the sunset dinner cruise with the wine tasting on Friday night. The Belle of Cincinnati was a beautiful ship, and we loved having our own table away from others. The food and wine were nice--nothing overly special, but it was a good meal. The frozen drink in the huge souvenir glass was a highlight. We loved being outside on the deck viewing the sunset and the city lights at night. The indoor area was a little too crowded and some people weren't adhering to mask requirements, so we mainly stayed outdoors to proactively protect ourselves. All said, it was a lovely night, and we would

I was looking for something fun but mostly outdoors (due to COVID) to do while in Cincinnati and figured a river cruise would be just the thing. We decided to do the sunset cruise and while onboard I noticed that it is actually all the options on board at the same time. For example, the people taking the dinner cruise or the wine tasting cruise are all on at the same time. Anyhow, the boats are easy to find and there is plenty of parking. All employees were nice and the ride smooth. There was a band playing and luckily they kept the volume at the perfect level. We basically hung out on deck

What an amazing way to end the weekend. We took the sightseeing tour on Saturday evening and were skeptical initially about how it was going to be since the days preceeding the tour were rainy and heavily humid. We lucked out and had a great experience as it was none of that, on the contrary we ended up witnessing beautiful orange skies during sunset. We went with a group of friends, grabbed some chairs and sat in a circle social distancing from everyone else. You get to see cincy in a different light literally and the sunset makes it super special. The live music was good too. We witness a proposal

My husband and I recently took the Historic Cincinnati Sightseeing tour with BB Riverboats, on the 3pm departure. The doors to board open at 2:20, so we made sure to get there early to enjoy as much time as we could on the boat together. We were able to sit on the very top deck of The Belle of Cincinnati. The weather was perfect, and the view was gorgeous.
The captain gives an hour and a half guided tour up and down the river. You learn all kinds of fun, historical info about both the OH and KY sides.
We added on a package to our tickets, that included a cheese board appetizer for two. It had assorted

B&B Riverboat Cruises is an awesome way to see the Cincinnati River. You will board in Newport Kentucky, and cruise down the Cincinnati River. This cruise is similar to The Spirit of Philadelphia with the buffet dinner, dj, and nice scenery. In my opinion, the Spirit Cruises are a little better, and a little more fun than the Riverboat. This cruise is significantly cheaper than the Spirit Cruises. I would recommend if your in the area.

BB Riverboats is a Cincinnati gem. I've been on many of the cruises, even having a season pass at one time, and I've enjoyed it every single time. I've lived in Cincinnati my whole life and I learn something new about this amazing city every time I go on a BB Riverboat cruise.
The staff is very nice, the boat and rest rooms are clean. This would make a great activity for out of town guests.

Decent food and it is not too much more to pay for lunch than but pay for sight seeing. Your meal price does include water ,tea, and coffee but they bring it in a Dixie cup. Best just to pay $3 for a Pepsi. A normal cup with free refills. They have cheese cake for desert which was good. They have a full bar.
A banjo player plays and sings during the cruise. He is also the narrator for the journey down the river. I liked it.

We had a great time touring Cincinnati on the BB Riverboats. This specific boat ride gave facts about Cincinnati as we traveled down the Ohio River. The tour guide pointed out things of interest on both the Kentucky and Cincinnati sides.
When we first arrived at the ship, there was ample parking all around the boat parking lot, as there are two levels of parking. If for some reason there is not any space, there is an additional parking lot towards the main road, as well as parking at Newport on the Levee. It is just a short walk away from the Levee and within walking distance from all the restaurants
