We had an unfortunate incident in the rental home we are currently in, we started looking for new a rental, Emily who was putting together some listings for us reached out to Jay with our concerns. We bought our second home with Jay and opted to use his property management services to rent out the first house we bought with him in 2016.

Jay and team have been INCREDIBLE to work with for this first-time homebuyer. Not only did they negotiate well for my purchase (including managing to get me extra cash I didn’t expect in closing!), but Jay consistently checked in to make sure I was happy.
