This place is a joke. My daughter got a ring stuck on her hand cause she was allergic to the metal or whatever is in the ring so I immediately brought her to the hospital so they can take it off by the time I got there there was enough time for and to help me figure out how to get it off but instead they wanted to keep pretty much kept trying to pull it off making her bleed then calls me a bad mom. Never again will I ever take my children there

Couldn’t of been a nicer hospital staff while my sister was a patient there. Dr. Oyasu was a very helpful and informative while we were waiting for results. He made us very comfortable and feel like he genuinely cared about what was going on.

I wanted to give a review of the excellent care I received today at HRMC. Being a healthcare worker myself, I felt in capable and competent hands during my procedure and stay. Everything was explained to my family and me. It helped even though I knew what to expect. I have to give a big shout-out to all the staff , especially a special thank you to Dr. Hamdani, Meghan, Amy, Diane, Dr. Mardis, and Jennifer. I had excellent service from registration and PAT as well. The SDS staff went beyond showing how compassion and care should be given. I know being a former MMH/HRMC employee, the current staff

I am currently sitting in the ER with my 94 mother who has had a stroke which she will not recover from. Totally unresponsive. I was told there are no hospitals beds available so she has been in the ER with no pillow in a cold room for over 24 hours. I was told yesterday she could be moved to a hospice unit at a local nursing home. I was told the hospital’s hospice case manager needed to evaluate her in order to move her. I traveled from Florida, over a thousand miles, to be with her and I staying an hour away from the hospital. I came to the hospital today with the understanding I would meet

I am thankful for Heartland Regional Hospital and employees. I’ve had a chronic serious disease with many complications for 24 years so I’ve spent time in many different hospitals and none have treated me with as much respect and empathy as Heartland. In March and June I was an inpatient. The nurses and doctors were attentive and I could tell they really genuinely cared about me and my well-being. Two nurses especially stood out. John and Matt are their names. They had such positive attitudes and were quick to respond when I needed something. When I was upset and anxious about my health John

On December 28, 2021, I underwent a surgical procedure at HRMC. The entire process went extremely smooth. From the pre-registration phone call to registration on the day of my surgery, the same day surgery experience to the OR experience to the recovery experience and finally discharge home, I could not have asked for more professional or more courteous people. Everyone introduced their selves, explained what their role was, what to expect and how long process would take. Everyone was compliant with CDC Guidelines regarding COVID including strict hand hygiene, and I was definitely paying attention

Horrible experience, the two times I’ve been there. Put me through unnecessary testing and then billed me a huge bill. I talked with the same lady FOUR times about these bills. Finally paid it off, only to be sent ANOTHER bill. Called her back, asking why I’m receiving another bill- when she just told me I was debt free from them. She told me not to worry about it, she will write it off. Had to call the same lady AGAIN, since I was getting nonstop phone calls from the hospital regarding this bill. She told me to ignore them, it takes awhile for bills to drop off ones account. I said are you

I had a procedure today in the Same Day Surgery department and it was a great experience. I was a little anxious about my procedure and my nurses were all top notch. They all made me feel comfortable and lessened this anxiety. Special shout outs to Katie, Ann, Lana, Deb and (of course), Dr. Hamdani.
