Very pleased with our Tropic Seas hot tub. Sales was very good with helping us to choose a model. We think the quality is good and the price was reasonable. The calls to schedule delivery were professional and timely (had to schedule twice due to a storm in our area.) Delivery went well and the technician installed the cover lifter and explained the tub operation while answering any questions we had. Ordered some chemicals so far with very prompt delivery. Haven’t needed service yet but I expect they will be as good and helpful as the sale was when the time comes. Definitely recommend Wickestone

Purchased a spa from charity last June. Was still getting everything ready for the install so I couldn't have it delivered immediately. They did an awesome job working with me to get it delivered and set up. It's not just about the sale to them either. They do an amazing job with "service after the sale" too. Great company will definitely keep doing business with them
