The origin of the name Scholar Style was created by the owner/operators in honor of her daughter whose name is Skylar Milan. The name Skylar Milan means to be a Gracious Scholar; finding a way to create a lifestyle and brand in correlation with her daughters style, charisma, finesse, authenticity and witty mannerisms.

Going to Scholarstyles beauty bar has been one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. The atmosphere was so inviting and the esthetician was very knowledgeable about her profession. I’d recommend everyone in the central PA area to go the beauty bar for an exhilarating experience.

I come here to the spa to get my waxes and my eyelash extensions regularly. Whitney is always so personable and I feel like I can relax and be myself when I’m at the spa. She’s very knowledgeable of different waxes to use for different hair textures. She does amazing, long lasting lash extensions that are natural and appropriate for every day wear. I would recommend 10 out of 10 every time I go there!

Highly recommend! I went during COVID and it was very clean and inviting. The service was impeccable. The staff was warm and very pleasant. Booking was simple enough and they were very accommodating. I love Scholar Styles Beauty Bar and Day Spa! I have been a client since the business started. The owner is very kind and professional. My favorite services have been eyelash extensions, facials and Brazilian wax. She even has awesome skin care products (love the turmeric honey bar soap). She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and informs you of what to expect during your time there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs some relaxation and self care! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place!
