Where has Sleeping Organic been my whole life? The past year I've been sleeping on a $3200 Four Seasons Signature Plush mattress. I woke up everyday feeling like I was 15 years older than I was. I blamed the wine from the night before...until I didn't drink for the month of January 2020 and still woke up feeling that way. I began researching over the next 45 days and found Sleeping Organic. First, organic latex is truly amazing. Instead of trying to absorb you like foam, it is constantly pushing back on you giving you the plushness but support that a side sleeper like myself desperately needs.

I just wanted to take the time and express my appreciation for all of your hard work, you have beyond delivered what I feel to be a perfect mattress! It feels like sleeping on a tangible bed of clouds, allowing me to have such a good night's rest. I love the feeling of looking forward to returning to my mattress every night! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Cannot recommend your company, pillows and mattress enough!

Love the latex mattresses - got two for kids; first started looking at latex because wanted something chemical-free, after extensive research chose sleeping organic since their mattress is completely customizable. Been two years, mattresses are like new.

We got this mattress about 3 years ago. At first it seeme pretty good. However after about 3 or 4 months our backs started hurting. We called and talked to them about our situation but found out our warranty was already expired. We were told we could buy more layers but after just spending over $2000 we honestly didnt have the money to do so. With three kids a house and pets it's not cheap.So we called a couple more times and was told the same thing but one lady offered us a solution. She said we should change the layers around. We tried that but no matter how we switched them we came up with either

I ordered a Leaf 3 layer Organic Latex Mattress in 2014 after a long search for a chemical-free vegan product. Almost 6 years down the road and the mattress is still as comfortable and firm as the day I bought it (which is great because mattresses are a big $$ investment)! I had a lot of questions before the purchase and their customer service people were super patient and knowledgeable. The mattress layers were delivered in separate boxes as I recall and ready to assemble right out of the package (and the empty boxes make a great fort to play in if you are a child or child-spirited!). I had to throw both my latex mattress toppers out because they caused us breathing problems which weren't apparent during the warranty period of just 30 days.

The absolute WORST mattress in the Latex (Natural) Line. It requires assembly which needs 2 people. It has NO support. 3 or 4 layers depending on what you chose. It feels like laying in wet cement. There are many and plenty better alternatives with much, much better customer care. I did contact Sleeping Organic and have all emails and correspondence with Alex and another. My purchase is not in the same name as listed here.

I love, love, love my new mattress topper. The ladies and gentleman that work here are terrific, there was a little snafu with my order and they rectified it no problem. Oh boy this mattress topper is sooooo comfortable I don't want to get out of bed. It was just the right piece to complete my mattress ensemble and it has helped relax some tight muscles to the point that so far I am waking up pain free. Thanks sleeping organic, you're the best.

Wow! It may have or may not have taken 11 emails back and forth, (guilty as charged, it totally did) to answer all of my questions. I knew I wanted a latex mattress when I was ready to invest in myself and they remained patient and never pushy amidst my education process. They are the least expensive for the quality delivered from all the research I have done, and I am thrilled to finally invest back into their hard work and incredible company today as I treat myself to purchasing a 100% Dunlop mattress. Sleeping Organic has my loyalty and my deepest gratitude.

We love their mattresses and have bought 3 so far! The customer service is top notch! In fact we thought we didn't want a box spring on the bed and long after they left that day we decided we needed one. They were so kind to come back around to bring it back to us. You designed and created an exceptional product. We are absolutely thrilled with our organic dunlop mattress, latex pillows, and organic cotton sheets.
I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and sleeping on our organic dunlop lets my body relax into a neutral position. I wake up without pain every morning! When the headaches get really bad, I just take a nap on the mattress and wake up feeling much better.

Returning product is a nightmare. Customer must pay, even though the description of the product I ordered was misleading. In my case, it is an $18 shipping return (!). Also, the website is broken. I tried to enter my e-mail five times and five times, the website rejected my e-mail, but when I called customer service, they did in fact have it in their system. This entire process will take a lot of my time...I will never order from Sleeping Organic again.

We just purchased our 4th bed from Sleeping Organic. Every time we have had fantastic customer service. The beds have arrived as expected and pretty quickly. They are so comfortable. And I feel confident putting my family on these clean beds without all the dangerous chemicals and flame retardants.

We love our "Sleeping Organic" mattresses! Yes... we have three now and can't imagine sleeping on anything other...
The customer service was outstanding and the mattresses are irreplaceable. My husband and I did our own his/her configurations and it gives "going to bed" a whole new meaning. The only negative is it makes it hard to get out of the bed the next morning but when you do, you feel great!

I absolutely love my new organic bed! I have always been a side sleeper and I could not find a nice soft bed that also provided the support I needed. I am 6'3" and 210 lbs, so most soft beds just cave in the middle and leave me in an uncomfortable position. After 6 months on a Sleeping Organic bed, I could not be happier with the sleep i'm getting!
