I hired Town & Country to build my pool in 2012 and have been using them for the past 6 years for all services, including repairs, weekly maintenance, opening/closing as well as repairs to the ancillary equipment like the heater, lights and vacuum.
In 2018, they did a terrible job of opening AND closing the pool. They made a huge mess and wrecked my landscaping. Full disclosure, it was pouring down rain both times, but that doesn't give them the right to do a sub-standard, unprofessional job. I only complained to them when it happened twice in a row. All I wanted was an apology, but they did not

They were efficient, gracious and responsive. They continue to maintain our beautiful pool and we continue to be grateful that we chose them.
