Most iPhone Repairs can be done same day. We keep an inventory of replacement Screens, batteries, and other iPhone parts. Most other repairs will need several days to have the replacement part ordered if we do not have it in stock. We are always working on increasing our inventory of repair parts for common phone models.
In order to keep the repair cost as low as possible, it is best to wait until the part is needed before we order it. Prices of parts usually drop as time passes. We will be sure to let you know an estimated time if we believe it will exceed an hours time. We understand that you depend on your device just as much as we depend on ours.

The guy working on the day my daughter needed her phone fixed was amazing. He stayed late just to make sure that it was fixed; he knew she was leaving state the next day and needed it for the week she was gone. I am so appreciative of him, the excellent service, and the extra mile he went for us. Definitely go see them if anyone needs phone repairs.

From the moment I walked into the doors I was greeted by three people ( John, Ryan and Ben.) I brought in an iPhone X with a cracked screen and needed a battery. The knowledge of the staff was amazing I was in and out in less then 45 mins with a practically brand new phone again! The owner Ben went above and beyond to exceed and provide excellence service. Prices where fair and I definitely will be back again thanks.

Unable to identify the problem with my apple iphone 6s. phone was at the shop over several days and in that time they told me it was fixed - less than 12hours later back at shop with broken phone also they took my camera out because they thought maybe it would help- no luck .. now the I have an non working iphone which has been paid for 2 times over for the unsuccessful repairs.

These guys gave me the greatest customer service. It only took them around 45 minutes to fix my not-so-good looking iPhone 6 plus screen whereas I believed it would take a couple of days. They immediately took my phone and proceeded to work on fixing it. They even checked to make sure that the phone wasn't stolen, not that it was, but I respect them for doing that. They were extremely nice and I would most definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here! Thanks to the guys at Urgent Phone Repair!!
