We were really excited about the idea of installing solar on our building, for one because our building has such great access to solar- the building is situated on the lot to get all day sun and there's a huge financial motivation. Would highly recommend True South Solar! I worked primarily with Matt Shore and it was a very easy process, no pressure sales, good communication, solid financing rate and total price (1.00% better rate and a few hundred dollars less than the other quote we got from a different company for an equivalent system), he then also worked to get us the maximum available incentives which reduced our total cost even further. The whole process was professional and quick - from start to system install was just over one month!

This company was great every step of the way. They responded immediately to my request for information. The sales rep, Mason was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He got back to me with answers for any questions I had after the initial contact. The installation crew was awesome and came up with creative ways to address challenges inherent in my installation which prevented me from going forward with this project three years ago. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in the same condition. All the young men working on the crew were enthusiastic, polite and appreciative of
