My wife and I went to Maui April 2021, and we were looking to buy a condo on Maui. We walked into the office of Keri Nicholson. That was a gift. Keri took the time to help us find a condo. She drove us around, picked us up at our resort and showed us several different areas and different units. We were doing a 1031 exchange and were still several months away from closing, and Keri is very good doing 1031. We had to go back to the main land. We kept in touch and Keri sent different properties available.. Finally when we were close to closing the 1031, Keri found us a great condo. We closed escrow
