This is a wonderful place to work. I have been here over a year and I love my job. It’s really a rare thing to finish a days work and feel so fulfilled knowing that you have helped another person and possibly made their day brighter. The clients are wonderful, and I love them! I’m a little shocked at some of the negative comments from previous employees...from my perspective I think the office staff, benefits, and policies (attendance etc) are fair and reasonable, and although I can see people have family emergencies and have to miss work, I have seen first hand how serious it can be to have

**Edited to add the supposed unexcused absences I had were not unexcused. Everything but two times did I not try to bring in paperwork as to why I was absent. But I was told it was not needed. As for a review of Homecare by Design's services, please read the beginning of this review. As far as the Facebook goes I would post proof but that would violate HIPAA laws. No Private Facebook page or group is secure. If someone wants in they can get in because Facebook is not a secure site. I am not the only unhappy former employee, read other reviews. Check other sources for reviews before placing your

If I could. I would give them 0 stars.This place is terrible! The reviews that are positive of Homecare by desgn are made from employees as mangment asked them to write about the agency. When I first started working here. It was great! I had steady clients. But no training. They would just send me anywhere not knowing what to do. New management was getting bad. They would over schedule me knowing I have another full time job. They also didn’t care, if you had a flat tier. They would still make you come to work..Homecare would also harass and beg you to pick up shifts. And if you told them no

Homecare By Design is truly a blessing. After experiences with my own family, I recognized how important it is for seniors to have the opportunity to stay in their own homes. And after my experiences in long term care facilities, my passion grew. Our seniors absolutely deserve comfort, peace, fun, and to be worry free. I feel fulfilled with my role as a personal care attendant and I love all my clients as if they were my own family.

I enjoy working as a caregiver for Homecare By Design. The staff is very professional; Tracy and Lee Goudy understand the needs of our clients, and have a program in place that puts those clients first. I work with two families that I have a great rapport with; I love to see how much I am making a positive difference in my clients' lives each day. I feel like I am a part of their families, because the clients are very kind to me.The Homecare By Design staff is also very understanding of the care I need to provide for my 9-year-old daughter who has cerebral palsy, and they work with me on my schedule

Homecare By Design takes pride in keeping seniors home and safe. They go out of their way to make sure seniors of the local area and all over are safe and able to stay comfortable in their homes. They give families peace of mind by ensuring that their loved ones are taken care of. The atmosphere of the Clubhouse is so warm and inviting. Any event that is held there is always bubbly and positive. I am very please with the care that Homecare gives all their seniors. Homecare By Design is truly a blessing to this area for the seniors and their families.

It's not always finding a rewarding and flexible part time job, I love working with Homecare by Design, the office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I have some of the best clients that I deeply care about and the Company is truly dedicated to caring for our clients with love, compassion and most of all dignity. I love the values of the Company and the terrific clients we get to serve. I couldn't ask for a better place where I can work and truly know I make a difference to the ones I serve.

The staff at Home Care by Design is extraordinary! They have created a senior living environment that allows you to stay at home with the care you need. They even coordinate with audiology professionals in the area, such as Hearing Solutions of Indiana, to help their residents. They will even come shovel your snow!! Lovely staff. Would highly recommend.
