Great experience today with Credible Air from Castlerock Colorado! Mike and his team were professional and neat! They installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater in about 5 hours! I would highly recommend their family owned company! Mike is extremely knowledgeable and personable- he goes the extra mile!

My AC went out when we were having 90 degree weather. I first had two other companies come out and tell me that I needed a new AC system, one quoted me $7000 the other quoted me $8300. My husband and I were crushed. Our house is only 13 years old. I told my husband let me have a few more people come out and see if we can get the quote down. I found Credible Air on Facebook and Mike came out the next day. He got the AC started right away! I was thrilled. The AC wasn’t coolingdown like I wanted it to and he came out the next day with Austin and they added some coolant and it has been icy cold

I had been a long=term and loyal customer of Credible Air until yesterday. They first scheduled then unilaterally, rescheduled three times before finally showing up. When they did, the owner said he needed a part that would be available at 10 AM the next day. He failed to show, did not call, did not text or email. He also would not answer his phone or respond to text messaging. There was also no answer at the office. After I emailed the owner's wife, she responded that she didn't know what was wrong with the owner but he had an all day installation elsewhere and she knew nothing of his having obligated

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They are very friendly and fair and even got our furnace working the same day just so we wouldn’t have to go through the night without heat. With three small children, it was very appreciated. I will definitely call them again if we have any more issues.
