Mold is a fungus. This fungus produces spores which are like seeds. When the seeds (spores) have moisture (humidity over 60%) they germinate to active mold. If they have a food source (organic material like wood) they reproduce into colonies producing more spores. Think of Mold as a Plant with a seed.
Franchise Location Description: The franchisor/Location is a Christian, Inc. Limited Partnership. Disaster Restoration Services: provides disaster restorative services direct to customers and through insurance adjusters to customers following a fire, flood, or storm. Cleaning Services: provides carpet and furniture cleaning contracted janitorial services as well as disaster restoration services to residential and commercial customers.

I was seeking mold inspection for my home. David was very thorough in his inspection, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of mold. He put my concerns at ease by sharing his findings and recommendations. Luckily, as it turned out, I didn't have a major emergency at that time, but he did give me some great recommendations and tips. There was no pressure whatsoever on any kind of sale, just recommendations, and to call him if I would like when I was ready. Mold and Radon mitigation were the services called upon to correct. Was told 2 weeks to complete: it took 5 weeks. The worker bees were not supervised or loosely supervised at best. Completed work was somewhat shoddy; missed locations within the house were obviously not wiped down as promised. Trash was left throughout the house uncollected and dropped on the surface when last used by the individual. Personal property went missing, although items were nothing of real value. Damage to personal property occurred.

David Burnette and his crew did an outstanding job when we had water damage throughout the the downstairs of our home. They were able to come out within hours of our call. I am so glad I used him as our contractor throughout the entire process - not just dealing with the water but all the restoration as well. They were completely reliable, returned calls quickly, gave excellent advice and were very patient. His experience was invaluable. We are so pleased with the work on our home and we came in on budget. I highly recommend him!
