This company is the VERY BEST. What ever is the problem, they fix it. They are available when you need them and they arrive on time. I couldn't be more delighted with the service our law firm receives from Commsat. In particular, the staff is patient when we encounter issues or need guidance with learning a new system. I highly recommend Ben and his team at CommSat. Working from home without an IT team can be a challenge. When my laptop was not working I called Ben after normal business hours. I received a callback first thing the next morning. Not only did he get me back up and running he also helped me install anti-virus software and my printer drivers . He truly went above and beyond and made me feel like I was his most valued customer.

Excellent technical services! CommSat helped us remediated a severe virus infection (ransomware) so we lost no data, completely rebuilt QuickBooks and set up our network with high level security and continual back-up to prevent this from happening again. They even helped with a specialized application we have for our fleet of tractor trailers. If you need IT services, I highly recommend CommSat.

In a world where customer service is often lacking, I wanted to take a moment to praise CommSat It Services and Repair in Amesbury. I came in with an iPad that had been dropped down a flight of stairs onto a cement floor, shattering it to pieces. The staff at CommSat went above and beyond in their attempts to rectify the problem, and spent a great deal of time trying to fix the issue.
