Look around, call other marinas, call all the mobile marine mechanics, even ask the kid working on his John boat. But don't bring your boat here.
Brought a sunk Nautique to get pickled. These clowns told me they would get right in it. They didn't 10 days later came back to find they haven't started. They told me the "boats shot" these guys are a total joke. Im a certified marina mechanic. Ended up having to do the work myself. Took maybe 6 hours. Downloaded a new tune. Definitely not "shot" where ever that means. These people get away with murder.

I cannot say enough about how great it is to work with the whole team at Dry Dock! They make buying a boat such a smooth process and keep you informed the whole way through. I purchased a used Hewitt lift and brought it to Dry Dock, as they are the local Hewitt dealer, for initial setup and install. They got it in the water quick and the summer was off to a great start! I ended up having some issues with the lift and the Dry Dock team was prompt in getting out to take care of it. After some back and forth on the lift, we finally got the issues taken care of and I can't thank them enough for the great customer service they provided.

DryDock has gone above and beyond in all facets of the business. The purchase of our new 2019 Super Natique last year was exceptional. However most recently when we had an accident with the boat and needed help fast to get back on the water, Julie and all who were involved in the service department were absolutely stellar! I highly recommend Dry Dock. In sales I worked with Nate and he was fantastic. He insured the entire purchase process went smoothly. He follow up was outstanding. Then the service department addressed a tweak to the engine which made a huge difference in performance. I highly recommend Dry Dock and their team of employees.

My wife and I stopped by to see if they had any dock tie downs for our Tracker. We were met by a wonderful sales associate who actually listened to what we wanted and within 5 minutes had the exact product we wanted. I ask if they worked on Mercury motors. I was escorted to the service department where I met the service manager Julie and the parts manager Jill. I had a safety recall on my Mercury engine and Julie opened a service order while I was there, Jill researched the parts required, determined she had the part and I was out the door.
