The manager Kristin was extremely rude and hung up on me. After I called asked if they were accepting patients and headed straight there to have my 10 month old and special needs child seen for high fever and croup. 12 minutes later I get there and they refuse to see us.
Not the first time we have had a random excuse not to be seen. Horrible horrible people who care about the money and not the well being of other humans!

I was at this Urgent Care for a checkup and the nurse did not use a plastic cover for the thermometer nor do I think she sterilized it. I only recognized it after because it was so quick. There were covid patients there and I am really concerned.
Please find another location to go to and I will be doing my best to find the manager or contacting HQ to report lack of sanitation and get this place shut down.

Went there yesterday with my daughter who is in heart failure and has a swollen foot. Very red and can’t walk in it. It was very busy and basically when we were checking in someone from the back area was telling the receptionist not to see us. It was because they had no X-ray tech. So maybe she didn’t need a X-ray. It was 8:00
and just think they didn’t want to take anymore patients.
I’ve been there several times but seems like we are living in very different times these days. Sorry but this is just terrible.

Definitely don’t come here to get a COVID-19 rapid test. The test takes the personnel 3 minutes to perform, yet I was there for almost 3 hours. Once I got tested I had to wait for 1 hour. I tried to get my results sent to my email, but they refused and insisted the doctor had to see me. Came back negative and this was just a waste of time and money. I had no symptoms and only came because I was slightly exposed at work.

This clinic promotes their Rapid Covid Testing services. I went there simply for that reason over the weekend. The waiting room was full. I was given paperwork to complete and then charged $60 ... the receptionist said it because I would also be seeing a provider. I waited a full hour before they called me back. A nurse came in to took my vitals and administered the test ... said it would take 10 minutes. 45 minutes later the provider walked in. He starts off with asking "What can I do for you today?" We had such a great experience here. We brought in our 17 month old and they allowed us to wait outside and called us in when they had a room ready to avoid excess exposure to other people. We didn’t wait long at all and everyone was so sweet, friendly, and compassionate. They did their best to comfort our little girl (sang to her and gave her stickers & lollipops). We were in and out quickly!

The staff is completely incompetent. Let’s start by saying the walls are thin and the PA could be heard talking about how he had to much to drink the night before and didn’t want to be there. Asking the nurse how many people were in the lobby because he didn’t feel like working.
My husband attempted to get his medical records from the office multiple times and the front desk was completely illiterate.
Two times I went there they billed improperly resulting in 2 years of back and forth between their office, insurance, and myself. During which time they wrongly sent my bill to collections
